This year my goals are:
1. Have a healthy baby
2. Make healthy choices
3. Gain no more than 30 lbs. (technically, I'm not supposed to gain more than 25...but I'm not perfect!)
Making healthy food choices shouldn't be incredibly difficult, since I became a die-hard Weight Watcher's fan last year. But these cravings are seriously overpowering and I am naturally on the curvy side-so I'll have to be careful
Two of my favorite ladies, behind a couple of my favorite blogs, have launched "Project Milf" (Motivating and Inspiring Leading Female). Mrs. Pancakes of Adventures of Team Pancakes and TOI from Life of TOI have come up wtih a way to inspire women to stick with their goals/resolutions by creating a support network for women who want to get their "sexy, confidence, power, energy, shine & joy back". The collection of women will help you to be accountable for your goals by way of encouragement.

I love that name; Project MILF is too funny! DUH, you are going to be a gorgeous pregnant lady anyhow. You're already gorgeous!! I'm so excited to read about your journey -- blogs are pretty much the only reason I know anything about pregnancy. haha.
Try not to worry too much about not putting on much weight Alex and just try your best to enjoy your pregnancy, you're going to be fine though, I can't wait to hear more updates about this though!

Congrats on the baby!! Don't stress too much about how much weight you gain. Every woman's body does pregnancy different and so much of it is out of your control. Just focus on being healthy and happy!
